“We contracted with Vander-Built,LLC to build a 30x30 garage with a 10x30 side porch. We had inquired with 3 local contractors in the Horseheads/Corning area- none of whom ever returned our calls for a project estimate. The project was on hold when we received a flyer from Vander-Built, LLC. We called and the rest is history! Joshua, a licensed contractor, replied back within a day of our call to set up a meeting. He had plans drawn with our requests, pulled permits, and in a couple of months, the garage was started. Our site was challenging; lots of trees to remove, grade issues on a hillside, and drainage issues as well. Josh handled it all. We always felt confident in Joshua’s company. His crew was so nice and always professional. The construction videos of the project he posted were great! This was a big build and we are absolutely thrilled with the project.
