I recently used Suburban Water to help me out with my water system. They were not only prompt but were very helpful as well as professional. Bill our Water Analyst had all the answers and I had my system fixed and tested within a week. If you have a problem you need these guys. Thanks

Scheduled appointment through Costco. James contacted me and established a time/date that was convenient for both of us. He spent time explaining the process and testing current water conditions. Install went well with no issues. Water is certainly softer, my entire family notices a difference.

Went through Costco and got 19% back in a Costco shop card. (15% January promo (usually 10%), 2% executive member, 2% Costco Citi Card). Pretty simple and easy. James was great and came out, tested the water, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, never any pressure to buy. Install happened about 2 weeks later and the installer was professional and thorough. James came back out 2 weeks later to re-test the water to make sure the system was working properly and it was set correctly. We got the softer and reverse osmosis drinking water and immediately it tasted much better and didn't have a chlorine smell. Overall smooth and easy process!
