The process with Resnick started mid May with an inspection and quotes for roof and gutter replacement. Noah was my sales/inspection rep, he quickly answered any questions I had and explained all of my options to me. On June 4, 2025 work began on my roof and the Project Manager, Ryan, kept me in the loop the whole way. We had our attic ventilation changed from a power fan exhaust with no intake vents to fascia (I think?) intake vents and a ridge exhaust vent which we are already noticing a temperature difference on our second story. The underlayment and shingles seem more insulated too, so it's not as loud when it rains now either. Another crew will be by to do our gutters, which Noah with Resnick was upfront about before I signed anything. I don't foresee any problems with that job as my roof went very smoothly! The roofing crew was very efficient, they thoroughly cleaned my property when done, and my roof looks great!
