“Stephanie did our family Christmas photos and I cannot say enough great things about her! She took on the challenge of photographing a wild two year old and a 5 year old who doesn't like getting his picture taken. “We asked Phil Pavely to take the photos needed to list our home for sale. He was first of all helpful in finding one time in his busy schedule and our rushed timetable when he could do the work.When he arrived, it took him only a short time to make himself familiar with the exceptional features of our home: the great view outside and the arched doorways, high ceilings and gleaming hardwood of the interior. By moving aside some furniture and carefully lighting and angling his shots, he managed to "accentuate the positive" even in our modestly decorated home.We have studied little home photography, but we feel that Phil used his artist's eye to produce a set of helpful and attractive real estate photos. They show the aspects of our home for sale that we have loved most.“
