She has photographed our daughter's newborn session in her studio, a family shoot with our newborn at home, and our daughter's 6-month/family photos at an outdoor location. Emily gives guidance before each shoot and works hard to help everyone feel at ease while the shoot is happening. She keeps things moving gently and thoughtfully. I was worried that my 6-year-old would resist taking family photos. Emily made him laugh so hard throughout, even getting some beautiful pictures when he was running around and refusing to sit still.
