She took time to listen to what I wanted and explore options to lighten the migration of the color from a previous permanent eyeliner (not applied by Tamara). I had no pain throughout the process. Again, Tamara listened to my needs and provided the correct amount of numbing product. In the past, I have required additional numbing products to alleviate the pain. Overall, 10 out 10 experience!
