I spoke to Jen, at Ken Adams Mechanical, Inc., at 9:38 am on Monday, August 25, 2025, regarding three outlets in my sunroom in New Oxford, PA that weren’t working. I explained that none of the fuses in the two electrical panels in the house had tripped and that I had checked all eight of the GFI outlets inside of the house and in the garage, as well as one GFI outlet outside of the house, and none of them had popped.

They were able to send someone and successfully make a repair within one day at a fair price. This is much appreciated when other plumbers in our area charge a higher rate because you are not a member of their ‘preferred customer’ program, which includes a monthly fee.
We couldn’t be happier with the work Ken Adams Mechanical did for us..They installed four electrical outlets at various places in our home. Prior to the installation, Ken came to our house, discussed our needs, explained how he would have his team perform the work, and answered all our questions.
Ken arrived with two of his employees on the scheduled workday, and Ken explained the work to his team. These two employees
were polite and courteous,
