Heflin Electric is my preferred Generac dealer. Rick and Jacob were responsive to my questions about the process and initial site meeting. Within 48 hours I was emailed a to-the-penny quote which was valid for 3 months. Jacob was very clear and responsive to my many emails with more detailed questions about the installation and was very accommodating to my scheduling needs. Rick and his crew are fantastic. They got us set up with a generator. Installation and clean-up were fantastic. Great pricing. They coordinated with our Propane supplier and made sure everything was up to spec and good to go. Very pleased!
