I originally went to American Eyewear for my glasses and never had any issues. I tried Lens Crafters because my new insurance wasn't accepted at American Eyewear. Huge mistake. Lens Crafters does not have real eye doctors on staff at the store. They had two attempts to make my glasses correctly and failed. The only place I know of that has a REAL Eye Doctor who knows his trade extremely well on staff is American Eyewear. Not some nondoctor twit that handles the phones, front desk and also acts as the doctor like Lens Crafters. I will never go anywhere else, American Eyewear is the place for me.

I couldn't be more appreciative for their kindness to me. I had a slightly panicked moment when I believed my contact was suctioned to the top of my eye. I searched the closest glasses/contacts place and American Eyewear came up. I showed up, explained the situation and they got me right in to check. Took very little time, got the situation resolved and it cost next to nothing for this peace of mind.
The doctor even let my daughter look at my eye through the microscope, which thrilled her to no end.
I found them all very kind, patient, helpful and speedy during this ordeal.
