She listened to our ideas, suggested realistic options that would work in our space, and provided a number of different products that would work within different budgets. “After living in our home for 30 years, we decided to renovate our master bathroom. We used New Hope Kitchen and Bath for the renovation. They have a wonderful showroom and they have samples of practically everything we needed. We chose the styles of the shower, bathtub, all of the tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinet doors, and quartz countertops. Victoria was very helpful to ensure we had everything necessary. Vlad came to our home soon after our showroom visit to measure our bathroom. He took photos and answered our questions. They provided a very detailed contract with the items we selected and the cost broken down with materials and labor. One thing we were very happy with was that they were going to use Schluter waterproofing in the shower. The only item that we needed to shop elsewhere for was the light fixture. We also had to visit the supplier of the quartz for the countertops and our windowsill to choose the color we wanted.

When it got close to the start date, Vlad came and brought the man who would be our main contractor for the work. When the start day arrived, demolition began and was finished quickly. The remodeling work was done efficiently and care was taken to keep the dust to a confined area of our bathroom. Work continued until the bathroom was completed. We are very pleased with the attention to detail and workmanship which were excellent.

The resulting bathroom is wonderful! The shower is bigger and better with marble tile floor and porcelain tile sides that rise to the entire 9’ ceiling height. The bathroom floor is also porcelain tile. The counter tops and window sill are quartz. There are recessed lights above the shower and tub which we never had before and a ceiling fan. We absolutely love the bathroom.“

“I can’t possibly give anything but a 10 for a review for DNA and Dan! I have a home that was built in 1834 with various additions dating at 1865 and 1920. Nothing, nothing, is square or plumb in this house and I can’t tell you how many contractors have come to give us estimates over the 44 years this house has been in the family, and never called back. Dan came in, did the measurements and talked to us about what we really wanted in our “un kitchen” kitchen. In a house this old we try to keep things somewhat “period” so the house looks like it might have in its time. We even asked him to use the antique hardware, put on by my father who crafted many things in the house. The result was amazing! We now have a beautiful pantry that fits all our food storage as well as pans, pots and utensils. On a further note, we had a lovely friend who had worked on our house for the past 20 years but he passed on 7/4 this year and the last project he did for us was the open our 1834 dining room into our 1865 living room. The rooms are separated by 200 year old beams and there is an inset in one of the beams. Dan, listened to our story of this wonderful man and when Dan dropped off the custom pantry he also gave us a plack with our friend’s name on it that fit perfectly in the insert. It’s these little things than now make Dan the only man we will trust to our future projects. He is a true craftsman and a honorable gentleman.“
