I’ve had my roof repaired twice in 5 years after storm damage. Even though both jobs were very small, Alan Kunsman Roofing came out quickly and made the repairs for a very reasonable price. Their service is outstanding and I highly recommend them.
I thought the rep Sage, was outstanding. No high pressure sales, and stood by his agreements. Wasn't as crazy about the crew who was supposed to do something pretty simple as move the dumpster since we didn't understand why we didn't get mail for 2-3 days. They told Sage they moved it when they did not Asked if he needed a picture because I could take it right then and there. When asked to speak with the head guy, they kept saying he'd be right there, this went on for 20 minutes or longer I stood and waited. He wasn't any where here on the property. Why constantly tell a lie instead of the truth? Others were just plain dismissive or rude no matter if you asked in English...read full review
Alan Kunsman did masonry in my backyard The job was done professionally, workers came on time, were courteous and explained what they were going to do. Job was done on time. They also did the siding on my home and did an excellent job. Their charges were reasonable and competitive. I would strongly recommend Alan Kunsman and would not have any hesitancy using their competence for other jobs in the future.
