Rome's Barber Shop provides an excellent experience. The environment in the shop is warm and welcoming, giving a feeling of being at home. The barber does nice work and is very kind, personable, and pays great attention to detail. He is great with kids, patient, and does a nice cut and blend. The shop is clean and well kept, and is a family-friendly place with no crazy loud music. The barber is very timely, available, and customer-oriented. He makes customers feel like royalty and is a decent human being. Rome's Barber Shop is a great place to go for both kids and adults, and is highly recommended. The barber is nice, and everybody in the shop is friendly, making it a great experience overall.
Great guy and you can tell he cares about his work and wants to make you feel like royalty. However, not too much variety for caucasian men, and I worry he lacks formal training. He makes up for it by being very timely, available, and customer-oriented.
I took my 12 year old son here for his first barber shop experience. It was everything we hoped for. The owner is very kind, very personable, and pays great attention to detail. My son was comfortable with the owner, which is very rare for him. If I could give more stars, I would. Love this place, will absolutely be back.
He does nice work as a barber, and more than that, he’s a decent human being - which is a rarity nowadays! The shop is clean and well kept. He’s great with the kids, patient & does a nice cut & blend even for my wiggly 5 year old. He always has some wisdom to impart for them & they talk about their trip to the barber long after we’ve left. There’s no crazy loud music & seems to be a family friendly place. I’ve taken my kids to some other shops in the past where either the music was so loud that you couldn’t even think, or the conversation was inappropriate and not the right atmosphere to bring your kids.
