I am so glad that I found them! We moved into a new house with a septic system - something we had never had experience with before. We knew we would have to have our septic tank pumped out, but didn't know what to expect. Every step of the way was made easy by them and every person we dealt with was kind and knowledgeable. The price was much better than competing companies and they didn't try to upsell us on anything. The fact that they are family-owned and local made it all the better.
Had a back up in our system Sunday morning, called Heather Monday morning and get Brian to our house Monday afternoon to pump out our system. Very professional and prompt to handle the issue, will definitely recommend and use again! Thank you Economy Septic team!
This is the second time that my wife and I had to use Economy Septic. I want to say that in today's society that there are still honest, caring people in this world. Although I'm a union plumber, we, as a trade do not do any electric hookups whatsoever. I'm very good with pipe wrenches, but that's as far as I go with my ability. I put my trust in Justin to steer me along the right path, and he has both times. His price was beyond fair, but most importantly, I trust him.
