Mark and the rest of the team at Luv Car Wash in Malvern were absolute superstars, going above and beyond the call of duty with kindness, helpfulness and professionalism! They were truly the best and I wouldn't go elsewhere for a car wash after my wonderful experience here!
So this seems to have changed hands and the main menu starts with subscription options and then you have to select just a wash. I selected the $17 wash that used to be $15 and that included the fabric roller drying at the end. Now I think that is $22 to get that option a 45% increase. And most annoying, the short vaccuum hoses that only reach half the car, so people have to vaccuum one half and then turn the car around to reach the other half. Absolutely ridiculous- how expensive is vaccuum hose. Maybe that Pepto Bismol color is in short supply. They do tape the rear view wipers is a plus.
Only giving it above 1 star because the employees are nice! Terrible washes though. This is my second time giving them a chance and both times, my car has come out with bird droppings that didn't come out, water marks, and some kind of oily streaks on my window! Additionally, the tire shine is an absolute rip off. Shined about 1/3 of each tire in blotches. I paid for the 2nd most expensive wash BTW.Will be avoiding this place going forward. Also seems like ever since their new ownership/rebrand, they've jacked the prices of all their individual washes in an attempt to push monthly subscriptions on you. How about you fix your wash quality first?
