Could not have been more pleased, from start to finish! We replaced older carpeting in our home and every single team member we interacted with was knowledgeable, professional and very detail oriented, and clearly committed to excellence. The crew who installed our new carpet did meticulous work, were incredibly timely, super friendly, and left our home spotless. The finished project is beautiful and completely exceeded our expectations. A+++

Alys was friendly enough in person but she was legitimately the least responsive person that I've ever dealt with when trying to get quotes or have questions answered. I can't speak for the rest of the staff but the service from Alys was maddening. Also, whatever contractors they used for our flooring didn't do a great job - it's a new build but there's space between some of the flooring and parts that creak.

Fred Callaghan Malvern is place for carpets, Keith did an excellent customer service by keeping us posted about the carpet delivery and scheduling installation.Carpet was looking great and installation was awesome, it gave us a real theatrical experience.Fred Callaghan and Keith completely deserve 5 stars.
