We would certainly recommend Carlos and the EMC team and would gladly hire them again in a heartbeat. Carlos created a design for our house that we would not have ever been able to come up with. We are absolutely delighted. From that first conversation on the phone, I knew he would be knowledgeable and competent in dealing with some of the issues our home had but beyond that his design and style ideas were wonderful. He was able to give us computer generated pictures of what the house might look like after completion that helped us to picture it. The project entailed an addition of front portico with rounded stone steps and metal roof that truly elevated the look from a plain & boring house. It included removal and replacement of siding to james hardie, addition of a chair rail level natural stone front by stone masons, retaining wall of natural stone, timbertech deck, pa bluestone patio, and pa bluestone front walkway. They excavated out the front to make a smooth walkway vs. one with a random step or two here and there and during that process found limestone within the yard that they then used for adding to the design. Carlos and his team were pleasant to work with and they were very competent. We liked the team so much that we celebrated the completion of the deck and patio by inviting them to enjoy it with us.
