Took good care of my dog and my gf's dog. Only reason not 5 star is they don't take credit card, so after being on the road for hours to finally get your pet you're exhausted but had to go back down town to the bank ATM to get the money out to bail the doggo out.
Idk why there was a 3 star review this. This is a 5 star place!! They did great with my dogs when I went on vacation and I have a very big shepard then a tiny spaz dog. The owners are Super easy going nice people. Will use them in the future whenever we are going out of town. Whoever left other review? Idk but changing my password.. I'm onto you....?
We used TLC Pet Resort, we were attending a wedding in the area. Staff, very professional and never left you wondering or with unanswered questions. Safety is definitely a top priority when dropping your pets. Double doors at the entry and when taking your pets thru to their kennel. Place was exceptionally clean. They provide food and treats if you wish, no up charge. They also welcome you to bring your own for sensitive pups. Play time and exercise is given throughout the day. Cost is very reasonable.
