Franklin Overhead door is great. They handled my problem with fast service from beginning to end. I was impressed how quick they responded on top of exceptional service I received from their tech Nick. Just a great experience all the way around and with out charging me an arm and a leg.I highly recommend Franklin overhead door.
We are grateful for the excellent service we received from Overhead Door of Franklin. When we called we were hoping they could come the same day and within an hour we received a call a tech would come at 1:00. Travis Adams was our technician and he did an awesome job. He got right to work, installed new equipment, reprogrammed our opener and took time to reprogram another remote for the other door. We appreciate the service we received from Travis and Overhead Door.
Had an issue with my "20-ish" year old Overhead garage door receiver...they helped me diagnose the problem (was the control board), had it in stock at a reasonable price, and even gave me pointers on how to install it. Thanks for your excellent customer service!
