Great service! Did a wonderful job checking out a house for my family and I. Was very receptive to answering any questions that we had, and was always easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to our needs. Highly recommend!
I currently reside in Texas so having to buy a house in Pennsylvania has been a challenge Knox was so helpful and thorough and did an outstanding job with my home inspection just made my move so much easier! They’re the best not enough stars 10 stars for sure!
This is long over due. We had Jim (Knox Enterprise LLC, Inspection Service) come to a house that we were considering buying back in December 2023. He was very prompt & very professional. He completed all the requested inspections and thank god for it, we would have had to do a complete overhaul of the sewage system had he not found the issues. All inspection documentation was sent to us immediately following the inspection. We can't thank him enough for being so thorough. His assistant (daughter) was also very professional as well.
