I just received an exceptionally thorough home inspection from Mr. Delaney. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of valuable information throughout the inspection. He was professional, very kind and easy to talk to and ask questions. He made us a very detailed report, with photos, and had it emailed to us that evening!
