The environment is great, and all the girls are very kind and welcoming, making it a place clients will go to forever for their hair needs. The girls have helped out with little ones, including one who refused to comb her hair for days resulting in horrible knots, and another who decided cutting her own hair would be "fun." Traci has always done a great job with hair, and clients also recommend scheduling wax services, calling them a must. A haircut and some highlights with a pedicure is a great time, with an efficient use of time in a clean and pleasant shop. While they do walk-ins, booking ahead is advised as it can get very busy.
