I went to got my hair done here yesterday. When I walked in it felt very welcoming. The women at the desk checked me in and offered me water while I waited. I asked her if she had cruelty free products and she said of course and said that they had already let my stylist know to use them. My stylist was Melissa. She was amazing. She did a great job and the conversation I had with her was very pleasant. I will defiantly be coming back again. Thank you for a very relaxing time.

All I can say is, amazimg!!! Staff is great, hair coloring is great on how they do it and not too pricey! Thank you guys for fixing my hair after master cuts(in the mall) charged me 60$ and I tipped 20$, they chopped my hair 3 times even the MANAGER AT MASTER CUTS tried to fix it and she messed up!!!! AKA they never even offered me my money back. But Chic and Spa fixed it once and it came out AMAZING. Highly recommended for hair cuts and color!!!
