Came in for a new style for my hair. Sat and waited for over an hour and a half. Completely understood the reasoning for it, and the front desk woman was very kind and kept me very much informed and updated. My stylist was very nice as well, the atmosphere was fun and very clean. I'm giving this three stars only due to the fact that I showed my hair stylist many pictures of what I was looking for, and I ended up with a botched job, I asked for curtain bangs and layering to my face the only thing I got were curtain bangs on the one side that were very blunt and looks horrible, the other side is somewhat what I've asked for. I’ve been going to Kristy for awhile now & when she moved to the salon I was so eager to go & see her there. Staff are all so amazing & Kirsty does God’s work on my hair every time! 10/10 recommendService: Hair coloring
