Sheri Pilates Studio
“I am a beginner to pilates and have been taking in Sheri's tower/reformer class for the last 3 weeks. I love her class size and structure. Sheri is a wonderful teacher- pilates is challenging but she is very supportive of all levels of practice of individuals. She has been able to help me with modifications and adjustments in the class setting to begin to make the mind muscle connections I need to complete the exercises. I get a really great workout every time I go which is why I will continue to go back! Thanks Sheri!”
