Insurance claims can be complicated. Don’t do it yourself, hire a professional. Scott was great! He patiently: explained the process, answered my questions and kept me informed through every step. I highly recommend Commonwealth Adjusters.
I recently had a fire at one of my homes (a first for me) and the blessing in disguise was the call I got from Scott. He is a top notch knowledgeable professional who has vast insight on how insurance companies operate. He took valuable time out of his day to walk me through what’s next and what I can expect dealing with my insurance claim. On top of that he provided steps I need to take to better protect my other assets in the future and answered my long list of questions in detail. Something my own insurance guy did not do. Really happy with the service Scott provided. Had a significant property damage at my house when Scott approached me explaining the services offered by Commonwealth Adjusters. Initially I was contemplating working directly with my Insurance, and wasn't sure why I would need Public Adjuster services. But after evaluating the extent of the damage, my limited expertise in the matter, and talking to friends in Real Estate and Insurance industry, I decided to sign-up with Scott.
