Unfortunately I have been here twice. Both times Dr. Kaplan and the staff that works there have been the best. They explain everything very well. From the procedure to the aftercare. They are always checking to make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. Dr. Kaplan follows up with you later in the day to make sure everything is ok. Highly recommend this practice.
Capable medical care, but it can be difficult to speak to someone for important and concerning test results. You may have to call several times. it is a question of either responsiveness or staffing.
Dr. Schwartz is excellent. She even noticed an irregularity in my eye. It was caused by medical treatment the day before, but it shows her thoroughness. I have been seeing Dr. Schwartz since way before Covid. She is professional, thorough, and makes me feel completely comfortable in her office. Of all the doctors I see on a regular basis, she is the best.
