Two days ago, I was swimming and accidentally left my new waterproof AirPods on the side of the pool. Any given hour there’s between 20 to 30 swimmers in the pool however, a lifeguard named Christina. Came up to me today and said that she remembers that they belong to me and put them in the lost and found for me and then called one of the staff members to bring them to me personally.I’ve run a business for 21 years and I tell my employees all the time “there’s a difference between doing your job and owning your job.” I have to tip my cap to Christina for doing just that. Very well done, super grateful.

Fantastic facility and staff. Have had a family membership for a few months and our initial enthusiasm with Life Time has not eroded one bit. All the staff, from the greeters at the front door, to the personal trainers, the spa staff, etc are friendly and welcoming. The equipment is always well maintained and clean.
