Landis was very punctual, helpful, and professional with our requested service. We were having issues with our kitchen sink, it wasn't draining and this old kitchen had several odd conditions we wanted a pro to look at too. He cleared the drains and gave us some insight into how to deal with the old existing conditions. He was able to make time for us only a few hours after I called and we were done in no time. Overall exaclty what we were hoping for.
I had an issue with my heating system and needed help fast during the cold weather. Landis came out late, and was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, made the repair quickly. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, thorough, and respectful of your home. Highly recommend for any heating or plumbing needs, especially in winter!
Needed to have my old boiler replaced and had no heat with freezing temps outside. Landis and his assistant came out the same day I called to quote the replacement. And came out to replace the next day after I approved the quote. They were very thorough when installing the replacement, making sure to replace any parts of the existing system that were outdated. The piping and connections look organized, clean and straight, no leaks. They disposed of the old parts and cleaned up before they left. The house is getting nice and toasty now with the new boiler, running better than the old one. I would recommend!
