Technician Dave, was very pleasant, patient, and personable. Knowledge about the subject. He explained everything he found on my mini split system and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. Dave was also very kind to my dogs!! The ladies in the office were also very kind and patient answering all of the questions I had. I would definitely recommend Dave as a service technician and the company itself.
Billy Thorne did amazing job cleaning our furnace. He took his time and replace the filters, gasket etc even the filter on the fuel tank. He is very professional and well knowledgeable of his job. He explained everything. It takes time to do a good job you can put a time limit on professional knowledge work. Some hearing and plumbing companies only allow their service men to do their winter and spring maintenance to only one hour. That's not quality work. Billy took his time and looked everything over and was very thorough with my furnace. I would only recommend Billy Thorne at Mann's Plumbing and heating to anyone.
