After searching around and looking at the work of a few contractors we contacted Mike from KPI Jr about a complete exterior renovation of our home in Fairless Hills. We had scheduled 3 contractors for estimates and of the 3 one did not show up, Mike gave us an estimate and we had one more estimate. The other estimate did not include the extras that we added on after deciding to go with Mike and that estimate was over $20k higher than Mike. Mike and his team did a large stucco remediation project for us. That included a new roof, Hardie board siding, etc. and a lot of detailed customizations. His team were all extremely friendly, did whatever we asked, and the workmanship was outstanding. When we had questions, Mike stopped by to review the changes with us and his team to ensure the task clearly communicated and if additional costs were involved, Mike always told us the amount before doing the work. He always responds to texts and emails, almost immediately. I was impressed by that. He is honest, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mike did a great job on a roofing repair in a tight timeline before the holidays. Super impressed with the work, communication and price. Will definitely use them in the future for other jobs.
