As someone that always resorts to cutting my own hair, I finally decided to let someone else shape up the uneven mess on my head. I'm glad I did, and that Lilly was the one to do it :)
She did a perfect job and was so sweet - no judgement at all and no rush. Lilly took the time to understand what I wanted, checked in with me before doing anything I might not like, and provided some (much appreciated) styling advice at the end.

I went in with my hair below my shoulder blades, it was burnt from my flat iron and needed help. Michelle started cutting my hair bit by bit. I kept telling her shorter and ended up with a pixie cut while my husband watched. He gave us a thumbs up and smiled. She took her time and kept making sure I was okay with the cut. She has been a life saver for me and now I found my new hair dresser!
