From her warm greeting which immediately put me at ease, to her thorough and gentle attention to every detail, you know that you are in good hands. I have long lashes and heavy hooded eyelids. The lash lift service reshapes the curve of my lashes so they come out and up, and don't get caught under my lid and curve into a circle. We chatted about this before the service and she understood EXACYLY what I was looking for. I was completely relaxed, and there was no itching, no stinging and no dripping at all. (I have had all these sensations during this service elsewhere in the past.). My lashes look so beautiful! Long, dark and lifted! I can recommend Olivia to anyone interested in improving the look of their natural lashes!“
