The technicians arrived promptly and had my oil furnace flue cleaned within 20 minutes. They took great care in making sure not to leave any residue behind. They even gave me the end of season discount on my bill. I recommend them highly.

Super happy with E&E! I called them after moving my parents back into their house after a house flood. They were all booked up but after I told the girl in the office (sorry but forgot her name) my parents were elderly and my mom was coughing a lot from and odor coming from the fireplace, she juggled some schedules around and had a crew come right out to us. My parent’s issue was fixed the same day, within hours. She was so incredibly caring and proactive. It was very refreshing to have someone care about their customers. The crew that came out was very informative and efficient too!

We used E and E to come clean our pellet stove chimney. They do a great job! They are careful to leave our house clean. We have them clean our chimney every year before we start burning pellets and they always do a great job! We also had them install our pellet stove years ago. They helped us to identify the perfect location for our stove to get the maximum heat throughout our house.I would definitely recommend E and E.
