The staff was professional and organized when we first reached out to set up training, and that same professionalism carried through every session after that. Caleb worked with Peter and Chase worked with Julie for their behind-the-wheel sessions. Both instructors were patient, clear, and genuinely invested in helping our sons build real skill and confidence.
Getting practice time in John's vehicles was a real benefit too, since it gave them experience driving something other than our own car before they were out on the road independently. The online training component was easy to access and complete, and it worked well alongside the in-car sessions to reinforce what they were learning. By the time each of our sons sat for their driving exam, they felt genuinely prepared and confident, and both passed without any issues.
