I had Better Homes out to my home to fix my gas fireplace remote started. During this visit my technician said he detected a Gas Leak. I visited Pete at the showroom to discuss options. I loved the fiberoptic Fireplaces and was given a great price. The difference is in the detail. My delivery went well as they removed the old fireplace and all the filth that came with that. Better Home staff was very clean and professional. After the install, the detail that was discussed in fitting this new fireplace into the existing cut out and trim was going to be aesthetically challenging unless Better Homes had a solution. Very knowledgeable staff to help you with all of your needs.Also, have a large selection of outside patio furniture for your backyard get-together.I would recommend others to check this place out.
Ken, the service technician, relit the pilot on my gas fireplace, showed me how to do so if necessary, explained how the remote sensor works and why mine didn't (dead batteries.) He cleaned the unit, polished the glass, with meticulous attention to all the inner workings --- took the ceramic logs out and vacuumed them as well. The fireplace looks better than ever. I am very happy with his work and the service. Plus Ken was very easy to work with and got the job done quickly.
