“In 90 degree heat, Brian came to install a new hot water heater because my old one was installed 18 years ago and the bottom was rusting through. Brian cared enough to saw a wooden beam in three parts so he could elevate the hot water heater off the cement floor. His workmanship was superb as he installed new copper linkages and waited until the water heater was filled to make sure it worked properly. Since I have no inside the basement drain, Brian laid down enough rubber hosing to drain the water outside the basement. If you want superior service, attention to detail, and a caring serviceman, Brian is your technician. I hope he never retires because I want him around as long as I live in Fairfield.”
