Long story short: 10/10 - go with Brett!My fiance and I are first time homebuyers, so I made sure to do my research and get a home inspector that I could trust.Brett, while on vacation, helped me schedule an inspection and gave me references, upon request, for different aspects of home buying, such as a septic inspector.While inspecting, he was patient, thorough, diligent, and hardworking. Brett was thorough, responsive, engaging and clearly loves what he does. He allowed us to be with him during the inspection, and pointed out things to us along the way. He clearly knows the codes and stays up to date. He answered any questions we had. He takes photos and notes on anything that needs repair. He emails a pdf the same day! Truly awesome guy, I highly recommend him.
