I had a great experience getting pampered at the Chanel counter with Gio tonight. His knowledge of the product and my mini makeover was just amazing. I walked out in less than 15 minutes and all his suggestions were spot on! Shout out to Alisha as well for her help the day before with Chanel items ❤️. I am in love with this line of products and only Ulta carries them. Sephora ...snooze you lose. Kudos to Ulta for employing people who are there to make sure you have a great shopping experience!

This past weekend, I stopped in to Ulta to look at their skincare and Elle obviously could tell that I was lost and was So Helpful. She got me set with what I needed and was so informative on what different products would do and how to apply them. She gave me such great options and was so patient and informative throughout my time at Exton's Ulta location.I can also say...my skin has become So Clear and hydrated with her recommendations! Highly recommend this Ulta. I've always liked the associates I've spoken with, but this was by far my best experience yet. Thank you Elle!

I went in to Ulta in Exton today and was helped by Elle in the Clinique area. I was looking for travel size items for my upcoming trip. She was lovely and very helpful.One of the things I love most about this Ulta is that the staff are so diverse. When we encounter people who are different from us, but are so confidently living their true authentic lives, it really is a beautiful thing. We need more companies willing to have all people represented.
