No information, no manuals

Called the company they have a technical rep option on their phone system

Who was very helpful
Dave Worked with me over the phone to trouble shoot the problem Awesome!

Also emailed the manuals and information for the machine I needed
In this day and age your usually met with someone telling you they would set up an appointment for a tec to arrive at your location
To fix your machine
That's it
So nice to find out some company's still believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE
