We have been customers with Masters Touch for 15 years, but no more. We had an issue with them are were surprised and offended by how we were treated by senior management. We were terribly disappointed and will be using a new service going forward.
I highly recommend Masters Touch Pest Solutions. I called this morning to get on the schedule and I spoke with Emily she was very caring and polite. Steve arrived on time I told him about the mice issue in my attic and that I’m phobic about having mice in my house. He listened to me I felt heard and felt that he would address my concerns. Steve meticulously checked the inside of the house and outside looking for areas of concern. Steve told me exactly what he found with photos and let me know what needed to happen to address the problem. I’m so appreciative of the service and professionalism and caring nature both Emily and Steve showed. FYI I had hired another Exterminator a few months ago they came out twice they didn’t do any checking for entry points and just put a small bait box out. I lost money and now have a bigger issue on my hands! Thank you again for the wonderful service. I’m very happy with Master Touch Pest Solutions.
