Everything went well about this project, from the product advice in store to the installation. The home owner had a complete flooring replacement to LVP. I did get quotes from 2 other companies/contractors and this was the most comprehensive and least expensive for what they did. Once we decided to go with them and put money on it, the job was scheduled within a few weeks. The email communications made it clear what to expect and how to prepare for the installation. I didn't love that the installers will remove a toilet but not replace it but we knew that up front and we were able to coordinate with a contractor to install a new toilet at that time.
