Dr. Yao is amazing!
I have seen him for several years in late spring after stressing my 2 lumbar herniated disc from yard work. A few treatments and I’m good until the following spring.

I saw Dr. Yao many years ago. I was having trouble getting pregnant and was not producing enough progesterone. I saw him for 3 months and successfully become pregnant shortly after my treatment ended. Many people ask me how do I know it was the acupuncture and I say that Dr. Yao told me to take my Basel temperature everyday while I was being treated. I started tracking my temperature on a chart. My first month was all over the place, the second month, it was obvious that my progesterone levels increased and by the 3rd month, it looked like a normal Basel temperature chart! I was amazed. Dr. Yao changed my life - I don’t know if I’d have my son without him!

In 2016 Dr. Yao helped me resolve a sciatica-like problem in a few visits that had caused debilitating pain for a number of years. I had gone to a number of pain doctors and received minimal relief of severe sciatica like pain before being referred to Dr Yao by my wife's coworker. After a few visits for injections that provided brief relief he asked if I had ever had an x-ray of my hips. I had not and the resulting x-rays indicated that I had osteoarthritis in my left hip and severe osteoarthritis in my right hip. Following the hip replacements I immediately had no pain.
