Fred Toroni was my sister’s tax accountant. I had never met him, but I knew my sister thought highly of him and depended on him. He served her very well. Although I live in Maryland several hours away, when she died I decided to use his services for the financial work of probating her Will - preparation of personal and estate taxes and preparing the estate inventory.
