Dr. Carroll is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor at Dermatology Partners in Exton, PA. Patients appreciate her kind and caring nature, as well as her ability to listen and educate without making them feel rushed. Many have left previous practices due to feeling unheard but found Dr. Carroll to be personable and attentive. The staff is also noted for being impressive, contributing to a positive experience. While there may be a wait of 2-3 weeks for an appointment, patients highly recommend making one to experience her great care firsthand.

Dr. Carroll at Dermatology Partners in Exton, PA is great. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and answers all questions thoroughly. I left another local practice after having problems scheduling, feeling rushed, and feeling as if the doctor who has been there for many years did not take the time to listen to me and my concerns (in a hurry coming in already masked up with his 'tank' in hand before knowing why I was there). Dr. Carroll listens and educates and never makes me feel uncomfortable. She is personable and with 4 patients in the waiting room, she does not rush. She is GREAT! Make your appt as soon as possible b/c there is bit of a wait (2-3 weeks). Everyone else is finding out how great she is :).
I had my first visit with Dr Carroll. After I filled out brief paperwork I was quickly seen. I was impressed by staff and the Dr was excellent. We discussed things, I was comfortable and could take my time going over things. Dr Carroll had a very pleasant, personable manner and diagnosed my situation. I left with a positive feeling. I recommend this office.
