I called for a duplicate real estate tax notice expecting to be on hold forever but got through to Marlana in a couple minutes and had the tax notice emailed to me a few minutes after that. Nobody likes paying taxes but having great admin support when you need it is a big plus. Thanks!
Berkheimer has been charging me a local tax in a county I don’t live in anymore for the past 3 years even after I’ve called and told them I moved 5 times. They just keeping sending the bills. There communication and the way the handle business is awful to put it nicely. This company is incompetent and needs to do better. Very displeased, wish I could leave 0 stars.

She’s incredibly rude, and I’ve worked customer service for years so I’m always extremely careful and polite with anyone over the phone because I know exactly how it feels to be in that position.
But I felt incredibly uncomfortable with her lack of respect and communication skills during our conversation. Not only did I not feel listened to at all, but she made me feel incredibly dumb for dialing the correct number on the official website!
