I have always had the best experiences at the Bedford location. Have used them off and on for 15 plus years. The staff are not intrusive but are very helpful if I have a question about eyeglasses or insurance. In the past I have dropped in with bent frames and they corrected them for me. (The glasses were not purchased there.) I very much appreciate the customer service. The doc is wonderful. My brother has dementia due to a TBI and has difficulty finding the correct words to express himself. The doc is professional and wonderfully personable. The appointments are not rushed and he takes all the time needed. I will not take my brother anywhere else.
I would recommend Wise Eyes to anyone. I was there for the first time because I was having an eye problem and couldn’t get into my regular doctor. I was totally surprised at how well I was taken care of from the time I walked in till I left. My eye problems were reviewed and Dr. Riva was excellent in telling me what I needed and even set up an appointment with Laurel Eye for an evaluation of my cataracts. Wise Eyes is where I will go for all my future follow up care. Thanks guys and you should be proud of the service you give to the community.
I've gone to Wise Eyes for years. The office staff is ok. The past two years I have told the doctor about my right eye. It seems like something covering it. He said no. It's ok. It was time for my eyes exam this year. I went to a different doctor. The different doctor said I was getting a cataract on my right eye. I'm glad I changed doctors. Wise Eyes was only interested in selling me new eye glasses.
