We were traveling from out of town, on a Saturday, when our dog became very sick. From start to finish, the care we received was amazing. From the women that answered the phone and got us in immediately, to the friendly, kind women (I think the same person) who worked at the front desk, to the tech that brought us back to a room the service and quality of care was unmatched. Dr. Santini was compassionate and really took time to explain the plan of care. She reviewed the X-rays with us even going over incidental findings at the end of her long day/week when she really did not have to go above and beyond. I took my dog to the vet and had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind, professional, and treated my dog with so much care and compassion. It really put my mind at ease knowing my pet was in such good hands. My dog Sebastian liked it also. Highly recommend!
Had a lot of different vet experiences over the years and these guys hands down are the best! I treat my dogs as if they are my kids and they do the same. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and are there to help even in a short notice emergency.
