“We were traveling from out of town, on a Saturday, when our dog became very sick. From start to finish, the care we received was amazing. From the women that answered the phone and got us in immediately, to the friendly, kind women (I think the same person) who worked at the front desk, to the tech that brought us back to a room the service and quality of care was unmatched. Dr. Santini was compassionate and really took time to explain the plan of care. She reviewed the X-rays with us even going over incidental findings at the end of her long day/week when she really did not have to go above and beyond. What took this experience from 10/10 to 10000/10, is that on Monday, Dr. Santini called to check on our dog and see if we needed to seek further care/answer any questions. She did not have to take the time for a dog that would not be a regular part of her practice, but she did and it was so thoughtful. We found this place by frantically googling where to go, but I would definitely recommend and am so thankful for the care we received.“
