Before construction began, meeting with Ray and Terri in their showroom to review materials alongside their renderings was incredibly helpful and made decision-making much easier.
We also chose to live in the house during the renovation, and every subcontractor was courteous, respectful, and mindful of keeping the space as safe and clean as possible—even with our territorial old dog in the mix. The workmanship across the board was excellent.
If there is one small area for improvement, it would be providing clearer advance notice of days when real-time decisions were required (such as outlet placement or island overhangs). While we were usually available, more proactive scheduling around these moments would make the process even smoother.
