Everyone I communicated with from start to finish was professional and kind. The waterproofing crew went about their tough work diligently—some of them were extra conscientious, which I appreciated. They completed the job in a timely manner, and I felt informed every step of the way. The system has been installed for nearly a year now, and my basement did not have the usual summer humidity nor musty smell like it did running a dehumidifier every year prior to having this work done. When a couple follow-up service calls were needed, they got right on top of scheduling, and followed through.
We had Everdry install an EZ breathe, interior and exterior french drain system. This was the best solution for our house due to layout and proximity of neighboring houses. The job took a total of 5 days (1 for EZ Breathe which was completed in under 2 hours and 4 days for the french drains). The workers were on time every single day and kept us updated with what exactly they were working on and their plan moving forward. Before they started the drains, we had a walkthrough with the foreman of project and he explained everything to us in detail. We couldnt be more pleased with the work that was done. All around a pretty solid experience! Dealing with basement flooding is never fun but these guys gave me peace of mind that they had it taken care of. Very friendly and knowledgeable team. The job itself was a big mess (getting trenches dug in your basement and around your house, concrete poured, lots of jack hammering etc. is always going to be a mess) but they got the job done quickly, completely, and the work looks professional. Looking forward to putting everything back (grass, the deck, our basement furniture and floorboards LOL) and moving forward with a freshly waterproofed house!
